Base Pay $130,000 - $150,000 per year Overview Our firm, a top 200 accounting and tax advisor, seeks a leader to build and grow our Business Tax Services practice. This role offers the opportunity to manage a team, drive client engagements, and shape the direction of the practice with the support of a collaborative culture, diverse workforce, and competitive compensation. Responsibilities Lead and grow the Business Tax Services practice. Oversee the review of returns for partnerships and S‑Corporations. Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and high quality of service. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in public accounting. 3+ years in a managerial role. CPA licensed. Experience reviewing returns for partnerships and S‑Corporations.
