DESCRIPTION You will report directly to the President, overseeing key foundational functions of the operations and digital shelf teams. Your expertise in ecommerce operations and catalog management will be instrumental in the downstream success of our brand management and marketing departments & key to overall client satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITIES Drive best-in‑class digital shelf performance across retail readiness KPIs within OeP Acosta’s FACTS framework. Integrate & optimize third party catalog support emphasizing efficiencies through automation & offshoring. Develop and mentor digital shelf team of ~15 to improve efficiencies and grow talent on the most challenging digital shelf activities. Drive best‑in‑class operations performance across availability KPIs within OeP Acosta’s FACTS framework. Build scalable seller central and cost recovery support team to establish OeP Acosta as a leader in the space. Develop and mentor operations team of ~15 to improve efficiencies and grow talent. Interact regularly with the executive team and individual department heads to ensure alignment with company priorities. Execute strategic planning to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency. Implement technology solutions to boost efficiency, reporting, and ROI. Support business development through technology, innovation, and operational processes. Develop and execute the strategic vision for shared services, aligning with the agency's mission and objectives. Streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance service delivery across shared functions. Ecommerce Catalog Optimization : Leverage experience in managing product catalogs on ecommerce platforms to drive sales and enhance customer experience. Risk Mitigation : Identify and mitigate risks related to shared services operations. Utilize technology solutions effectively to enhance service quality. Lead and mentor a high‑performing team of professionals. QUALIFICATIONS Education : Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's preferred) 10+ years of ecommerce experience in leadership roles. 8+ years of management / supervisory experience. 3+ years in brand and / or ecommerce agency leadership roles. Minimum Qualifications Leadership : Manage change, solve problems, and make decisions. Set vision and strategy for operations, digital shelf and other business areas. Communication Proficiency : Communicate complex issues clearly and concisely, both written and verbal. Business Acumen : Understand the market direction of technology and its impact on the organization. Presentation Skills : Develop and deliver clear, dynamic presentations to inform, inspire, or persuade. Collaboration : Work with diverse groups to achieve common goals, fostering synergies across the organization. Project Management : Coordinate teams, delegate tasks, resolve conflicts, set goals, and evaluate performance. Qualifications Proven track record in senior leadership roles within shared services, emphasizing operations excellence and Amazon catalog management. Excellent communication , negotiation , and stakeholder management skills. Strategic mindset with the ability to drive change and innovation . Experience in process improvement and operational optimization . Job may require moderate physical effort including lifting materials and equipment weighing less than 15 pounds. This position involves viewing a computer monitor for more than 30% of the time.
