Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembly Worker to join our production team at [Company Name]. The Assembly Worker will be responsible for assembling, end forming, and bending fuel lines while ensuring the highest standards of quality and production are met. You will also be operating various machinery and performing visual inspections to maintain company standards.
 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble, end form, and bend fuel lines while monitoring quality and meeting production standards.
  • Perform visual inspections of fuel lines to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Examine parts for defects and damages and verify conformance to company standards.
  • Operate various machinery such as bending machines, end forming machines, and endoscopes while adhering to safety procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
 
 
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate required.
  • Achieve a score of 80 or above on a math test (required).
  • High level of self-initiative, sense of ownership, and integrity with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work 10-hour shifts from Monday through Friday and an 8-hour shift on Saturday.
 
 
Physical Requirements and Environmental Conditions
  • Ability to work 10-hour shifts from Monday through Friday and an 8-hour shift on Saturday.
  • Prolonged periods of standing to perform job duties.
  • Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs.
  • Able to conduct daily and weekly cleaning of the work area, including floor mopping for no more than 30 minutes one time per week.
  • Work conditions include both inside and outside environments, with no requirement to stay out in extreme weather. Ambient temperatures range from 65 to 85 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Required use of personal protective equipment, including but not limited to safety glasses and gloves.
