Who We Are: The Marketing team is responsible for catapulting Wayfair into the leading destination for all things home by building and evolving customer recognition and attachment to our brands, across all Wayfair stores, geographies, and our extended family of brands. This role focuses on finding, educating, and acquiring prospective business customers to our fastest growing consumer program, Wayfair Professional (B2B), as well as driving repeat revenue from existing business customers. As a B2B Paid Search Analyst, you will oversee SEM efforts on Paid Search, shaping the future of B2B advertising through keyword search strategies. Your goal is to unleash the full potential of SEM, ensuring every initiative propels our business KPIs forward with impressive efficiency. What You’ll Do Detail-oriented professional who thrives on bringing structure to ambiguous problems. Analytical powerhouse with a knack for defect-free analysis and critical thinking. Passionate about staying ahead of the curve, embracing new technologies and trends. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to captivate stakeholders with your insights. Weekly analysis of core business KPIs to understand the full-funnel impact of underlying drivers. Own the end-to-end customer journey for our SEM Paid Search channels. Close partnership with stakeholder teams to educate marketing strategy while delivering a seamless customer experience. Maintain and improve our marketing strategy to ensure flawless customer journey and efficient ad performance. Build a testing strategy and roadmap for SEM channels to improve capturing prospective businesses and driving more repeat revenue, including conducting statistical analysis to validate results and inform rollout decisions. Own quarterly business plan forecasting for your channels. Contribute positively to the team and Wayfair culture. What You’ll Need A minimum of at least a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or Analytics. 2+ years experience as an analyst or comparable background, preferably in the Search Marketing space. Experience with SQL & GBQ; additional experience with Python preferred. Analytical self-driven thinker who looks for (and finds) answers in the data. Strong storytelling abilities to contextualize data for broader work groups. Incredible attention to detail and highly organized. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Fast learner who can adapt to new processes and tools on the fly. Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize projects and multitask to get things done.
