Your JobKoch Global Services is looking to hire a Sr. Administrative Partner to support the Human Resources capability. This position involves extensive contact with various levels of internal personnel as well as external customers. The successful candidate must be professional in manner and demeanor, detail-oriented and possess the ability to work with minimal supervision. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, can quickly adapt to change, enjoy learning, and have organizational prowess, this is the role for youOur TeamThe KGS Admin Partner team creates value by partnering with leaders and teams to provide proactive, elevated, and agile support, enabling them to focus on their core business. As a team, we encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing and mutual learning to create an inclusive environment and speed to value.What You Will DoManaging complex calendars and scheduling meetings through Office 365 applicationsManaging and drafting internal and external communications, including but not limited to: all-hands meetings, team meetings, and leadership sessions, announcements and awareness itemsCreating and maintaining email distribution listsRun cadence of monthly staff meetings and other important meetings, including planning agenda, organization, and follow-up on action itemsAct as a liaison, problem solver, and facilitator as the first contact for the leaders supported, working with office support capabilities such as IT, AV, Facilities, and campus Experience LiaisonsReconciling purchasing card statements and preparing expense reports, review reports for approvalCoordinating both domestic and international travel arrangements; this includes obtaining proper visas for entry into certain countries and renewing passports as neededAssist in supporting floor office duties such as mail distribution, shipments, identifying facilities related items, space management, and evacuation coordinator dutiesPerform an extensive array of administrative tasks, including onboarding/offboarding, supply and equipment ordering, event planning and coordination (room scheduling, catering, and visitor management), as well as cross collaborate with Administrative Assistants across the enterpriseWho You Are (Basic Qualifications) Experience with Microsoft office 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)Experience utilizing written and verbal communication skills with a diverse customer base within all levels of an organizationSuccessful history working independently and as part of a team, bringing a positive customer focus mindset.Strong organization skills, with experience multi-tasking, prioritizing, and high attention to detailExperience planning and executing events and managing small projectsWhat Will Put You Ahead Administrative experience supporting senior and mid - level leadersComfortability with leveraging AI technology for improved efficiencyAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
