Our systems efficiently and reliably contain and protect payloads, create a safer working environment for drivers, and maximize your return-on-investment by increasing revenues and reducing cost of ownership.The Regional Service Center Manager is local to Houston, Texas and is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations of the local Safe Fleet®facility. This upbeat leader will direct personnel growth and development. This manager is also responsible for promoting store sales through effective sales techniques and good customer service and maintaining sufficient floor stock by performing the following duties.Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Oversees all operations and delegates tasks as necessary to ensure smooth day to day operations.Operates computer system to research scheduled activities as needed.Cooperates with all of Safe Fleet's partners and their restocking procedures on a timely basis. Maintains inventory levels according to company guidelines.Responsible for the value and accurate account of all inventory.Prepares staff schedules and ensures staffing needs are met at all times.Facilitates staff meetings on a regular basis.Adheres to all company guidelines relative to safety processes and procedures. Participates in monthly safety activities as directed.Will assist in the shop as necessary.Takes the extra mile to engage customersBuild sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communicationSource new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emailsWorks to understand customer needs and requirementsResearches accounts, identify key players and generate interestTeam with channel partners to build pipeline and close dealExplains and demonstrates features of products and servicesStays informed about competing products and servicesHandles any customer and/or employee issues by taking appropriate action. Functions as role model to staff by performing all store functions as necessary, demonstrating good work habits, encouraging clean and safe work habits and promoting positive attitudes toward customers.Prices products according to pricing as set forth by Safe Fleet's product management team.Executes strategies according to Safe Fleet's corporate strategic direction.Conducts sales calls as time allows on strategic and new potential accounts.Works with CARR sales managers on developing sales strategies for the install center's territory.Receives and examines deliveries for discrepancies and resolves problems promptly.Interviews and hires store personnel.Assigns daily duties and supervises store personnel to ensure smooth daily operations.Conducts performance evaluations for store personnel in accordance with company policy.
