Commercial Management DirectorHDR is seeking a Commercial Management Director to lead the advancement of HDR’s Commercial Management Business Class across six business groups (Architecture, Building Engineering Services, Federal, Resources, Transportation, and Water) and position HDR as an industry leader recognized for exceptional project execution.Primary ResponsibilitiesThe Commercial Management Director is responsible for leadership, strategy, and delivery of key initiatives that drive the Commercial Management Business Class.Elevate the technical practice and its people.Align with market sectors and operational areas.Build and maintain a company-wide community of practice.Champion the matrix organization.Support exceptional project delivery.Directly support project teams to successfully deliver projects.
