This role involves working with multiple client teams at pivotal points in their growth to cultivate andgrow their companies. The Sr. Business Partner will build best practice systems and processes (often from the ground up) tosupport the efficient scaling of organizations. They will provide People expertise and thought partnership on every aspect of theemployee life cycle.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):*****Client Focus**** Strategize with clients and contributing HRC team members to ensure clear priorities, appropriate coverage, support,* assignment changes, and succession planning.* Appropriately delegate work to provide strong support to clients and the team.* Help team members resolve challenges.* Integrate HRC team members and foster a continual connection to OneDigital’s broad team.***People Focus**** Work proactively with leadership at each client to ensure that the company is able to recruit, engage, and retain top* talent.* Manage and administer the team member life cycle, from hiring through exit.* Ensure that People files, documentation, and communications are current and comply with applicable regulations.* Work through People issues for the company, including working with leaders and managers to identify concerns in performance and developing appropriate measures to provide team members the opportunity to succeed and to take corrective action where necessary.* Develop and maintain appropriate compensation guidelines for the company* Study market trends in compensation and perform job analyses using this market data.* Manage the employee benefits program for the company, including making sure all offerings are competitive and cost-effective for the company and of value to team members.* Keep current regarding competitive HR practices, including compensation, benefits, and related issues.* Complete special projects as needed.***Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:**** Must demonstrate impeccable client service orientation.* Must possess strong interpersonal skills.* Ability to demonstrate clear, concise communication, good judgment and discretion.* Ability to facilitate interactions and resolve conflicts.* Must be well-organized and detail-oriented.* Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.**Education, Training and Experience:*****Preferred Experience:**** Experience planning, developing, implementing and administering People programs in employment, compensation and benefits.* 8+ years of experience in the field of People.* Proficiency in MS Office applications, primarily Outlook, Excel and Word; or Google apps.**Preferred Education*** Bachelor's degree in a related fieldYour base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
