The role you’ll contribute:

Reporting to the Manager of Guest Services, the Front Desk/Concierge engages in the activities of the front desk to ensure that optimum efficiency and customer service is provided to members; patients and guests.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

· Welcomes and greets members in a courteous and friendly manner.

· Answers incoming telephone calls in a professional, courteous and customer service related manner; takes messages or directs calls as appropriate. Calls are answered based on the customer service guidelines of Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel.

· Enhance experience for patients, families and visitors by providing appropriate hospitality and concierge services. Represents the Hospital appropriately to all “audiences” in a way that reflects well on the Hospital’s reputation and image.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

· Equivalent of four (4) years of high school.

· Customer service experience required.

· Computer experience required.

· Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant experience, preferably in hospital or hospitality industry.
