Facey Medical Group has an excellent opportunity for a full-time board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for its Mission Hills location in California. Full-time physicians with Facey Medical Group are only scheduled 4.5 days per week as the organization recognizes the importance of a healthy work-life balance. Position Details: Full-time position with 4.5 days per week schedule Outpatient care only Call is outpatient only and rotates with all physicians No inpatient call No late-night shift or weekends Work with adult patients only, approximately 19 patients per day Access to other specialties and support within the group Compensation & Benefits: Compensation is between $270,000 and $350,000 per year Comprehensive benefit package that includes medical/dental, life & disability insurance, generous paid time off, and a substantial employer paid retirement plan contribution Fulltime employment is qualifying toward federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (please consult with your loan servicer for specific requirements and qualifications for PSLF) The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
