Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician

Facey Medical Group has an excellent opportunity for a full-time board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for its Mission Hills location in California.

Join a dedicated and collegial team who provide outpatient care at a reputable and established organization that has been a staple in the Los Angeles area for more than 100 years. Full-time physicians with Facey Medical Group are only scheduled 4.5 days per week as the organization recognizes the importance of a healthy work-life balance. Enjoy an outstanding work culture while living in the beautiful San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles.

Position Details:

• Full-time position with 4.5 days per week schedule

• Outpatient care only

• Call is outpatient only and rotates with all physicians

• No inpatient call

• No late-night shift or weekends

• Work with adult patients only, approximately 19 patients per day

• Access to other specialties and support within the group

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation is between $270,000 and $350,000 per year

• Comprehensive benefit package that includes medical/dental, life & disability insurance, generous paid time off, and a substantial employer paid retirement plan contribution

• Fulltime employment is qualifying toward federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (please consult with your loan servicer for specific requirements and qualifications for PSLF)

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above
