As a senior member of the team, the individual will also mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Responsibilities Design and develop scalable analytics solutions to support business objectives. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes for efficient data collection and transformation. Conduct advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights in complex datasets. Create and implement data visualization dashboards to present analytics findings in a clear and actionable manner. Perform data quality checks and ensure data integrity across all analytics platforms. Mentor and guide junior analytics team members, helping to enhance their skills and knowledge. Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices in analytics, big data, and machine learning. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics engineering or a similar role. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational and NoSQL databases. Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as R or Python. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
