Senior Analytics Engineer

FocusKPI, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analytics Engineer to join our dynamic team within the Information Technology and Services industry. Responsibilities- Design and develop scalable analytics solutions to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes for efficient data collection and transformation.
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights in complex datasets.
- Create and implement data visualization dashboards to present analytics findings in a clear and actionable manner.
- Perform data quality checks and ensure data integrity across all analytics platforms.
- Mentor and guide junior analytics team members, helping to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in analytics, big data, and machine learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics engineering or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as R or Python.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
