Shift: 9PM-5AM 
Pay: Starting at 21.75

What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator? You’ll be:
• Documenting bean specifications at different stages of the process.
• Operating roaster controls.
• Following all safety rules and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Calibrating and performing light maintenance on roaster equipment.
• Sampling beans for roast levels and composition.
• Operating forklift trucks.
• Following all HACCP programs.
• Paying attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• Performing other duties assigned by Management.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school degree or GED.
• Have the ability to pay attention to detail and multi-task.
• Are comfortable operating (or learning to operate) forklift trucks.
• Are comfortable bending, twisting, standing, and walking for long periods of time, and lifting up to 50lb periodically and be able to move 150 pounds.
• Have experience working in a factory environment with exposure to basic product chemicals and raw materials.
• Bonus if you like coffee
