As a Process Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for executing custom formulations, conducting fills, and gathering experimental data. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with diverse project teams and internal stakeholders to quickly identify and resolve issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure ongoing improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with reagent manufacturing processes in a cleanroom environment, adhering to gowning protocols.
  • Operate mixing and filling equipment, including automated dispensing systems, while maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Efficiently manage multiple tasks throughout the day.
  • Collect experimental data based on engineering instructions and organize it using Excel.
  • Perform repetitive tasks with precision to minimize variations between parts.
  • Utilize basic failure analysis techniques.
  • Maintain a clean, organized lab environment, completing regular weekly or monthly cleaning activities.
  • Ensure daily lab supplies are adequately stocked.
  • Available to work during daytime hours.

Qualifications:

  • 0-1 years of relevant experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in a related field preferred.
  • Experience executing batch records following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Experience working in a lab environment.
  • Familiarity with following detailed instructions and guidance from engineering staff.
  • Prior experience in experimental testing is a plus.
