Job Title: Aerospace Technician

Reports to: Production Supervisor

Job Summary: The aerospace Technician team performs multiple functions to expedite processes and enhance the flow of the plant. Key areas of responsibility are Grinding, deburring, part marking, assembly large part assistance.

Key requirements

Candidates must be able to demonstrate mechanical aptitude or have prior experience in roles that require blueprint reading, use of calipers, micrometers, and pneumatic tools.

Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Basic PC skills, (keyboard skills mandatory).
  • Strong communications skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision to meet deadlines.
  • Early identification of problems to enable effective corrective action to prevent or resolve the problem effectively
  • Ability to drive root cause analysis
  • Team oriented with a continuous improvement outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as Team Building
  • High School Degree / GED required.

VISA Status requirements: Green Card, Permanente Resident, or US Work Authorization required. US Citizenship or DoD Secret Clearance Preferred.
