In this role, you'll be the driving force behind closing new deals and expanding relationships with our existing customers. We're looking for a self-driven, out-of-the-box thinker who's energized by taking the time to understand our customers and how Process Street can meet their workflow needs.This position will be based in Eastern or Central time.What You'll DoConvert inbound leads into opportunitiesDiscover new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnershipsPresent our tech to prospective clientsRemain in frequent contact with clients to understand their needsNegotiate agreementsKeep records of sales and data up to dateAbout YouYou have 2+ years SaaS sales experience (SaaS experience is a MUST)You are a 'Challenger' or Gap sellerYou have a proven track record of sales target attainmentYou have strong business acumen and experience driving deals forwardYou have a passion for start-ups and technologyYou adapt well, and you're a fast learnerYou're enthusiastic about improving processes and systemsOur BenefitsUnlimited PTO policy – Most take 3-4 weeks, plus their major holidays, AND a company-wide week off in December.Company offsite – We get together as a whole company to celebrate company milestones as well as encourage and sponsor small group meetups so that you can meet your teammates face-to-face around the world.Social time – Regular coffee chats, games, story-telling, house tours (only if you're comfortable), and more to build connections.Equity for all full-time roles.A chance to shape how companies around the world run through the future of no-code automation.Confidence can sometimes hold us back from applying for a job.
