This role partners closely with senior leaders across business units and functions to identify strategic opportunities, evaluate business challenges, and develop actionable recommendations that drive growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage.Lead the development, prioritization, and implementation of strategic projects and initiatives that align with corporate prioritiesCollaborate with senior business leaders to design and execute effective business and enterprise strategic plansSupport the development and implementation of long- and short-range business and strategy planning activities (including monthly, annual, or multi-year planning exercises)Facilitate cross-functional workshops and problem-solving sessions to align stakeholders and develop high-impact solutionsServe as both a liaison and strategic partner to the business leadership teams, conducting monthly strategic priority review meetings to align their goals and objectives, recommend solutions and help them identify areas of focus and opportunityIdentify, utilize and create both traditional and modern strategy frameworks and assessment tools to analyze data and to understand challenges, opportunities and risksWork with other Strategy & Transformation team members to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate trends, opportunities and risks, including market research, competitor analysis, financial modeling and scenario planningPresent and explain findings to the leadership team and key stakeholders in concise, impactful presentationsFormulate and present plans for successful implementation of recommendationsMonitor progress of key initiatives, establish KPIs, and track performance against strategic goalsServe as a trusted advisor and internal consultant to business leaders on high-priority strategic issuesPerform all other duties and special projects as assigned.Education and/or Training:BS/BA in Business or relevant discipline requiredMBA or advanced degree strongly preferredRelevant Work Experience:5-7 years’ experience in strategy consulting, corporate development or a strategic role within a complex organizationExposure to strategy execution, transformation, or change managementAdvanced/expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, project management tools and other applicationsAt Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families.
