You don’t have to be polished or perfect, but you do need to be intentional - someone who thinks in terms of function, who’s reflective about power and systems, and who can explain why they do what they do in the therapy room.This role is open to licensed and pre-licensed clinicians (LCSW, LMSW, PhD/PsyD, MHC-LP, LMHC, etc.). Offices are located in Park Slope (Brooklyn), Midtown (Manhattan), and Rye, with a hybrid structure that allows for both remote and in-person work.
