Human Resource Information System Manager We are currently seeking a Human Resource Information System Technology Manager (HRIS) to join a nationally recognized large organization. This is a hybrid position located in Wilmington, Delaware. *Position requires 3 days onsite presence in Wilmington, DE or Cincinnati, OH* Responsibilities Provides strategic thought and hands‑on support to ensure effective delivery of an integrated HR system. Serves as project lead and liaison between HR, Payroll, and IT, facilitating system modification, interface development, and problem resolution. Reviews HRIS reporting analytics and trends to recommend future process enhancements. Ensures confidentiality and data integrity in the HRIS database; manages design, development, and testing; monitors budget and capital expenditures. Defines, prioritizes, and implements the HRIS product across key areas: Security, Business Process Custom Fields/Objects, Organizations, Integrations, Data Loads, General Updates, and Overall Support. Manages integrations through collaboration with HR and other systems; writes scripts, performs full testing, and implements. Manages a team of HRIS analysts and specialists; leads recruitment, hiring, development, performance management, and recognition. Collaborates with HR SMEs to ensure HRIS team and software solutions meet changing departmental needs. Creates and maintains system and process documentation, including report parameters, processes, data feeds, and integration points. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or related field and 8–10 years of HRIS experience. 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience. Demonstrated ability to manage HRIS technology. Creative problem‑solving and analytical skills; “best‑in‑class” service orientation. Excellent written and verbal communication; professional interaction with all levels. Strong problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and team management abilities.
