Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture while managing various HR functions. Your expertise will help us attract, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring our organization thrives. You'll be the go-to resource for employee relations, talent acquisition, and compliance with employment laws. Join us in creating an engaging environment where everyone can succeed

What you'll do

  • Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
  • Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new team members.
  • Administer benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries regarding benefits and workers' compensation.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including employee evaluations and feedback sessions.
  • Collaborate on change management initiatives to support organizational growth and development.
  • Ensure compliance with FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) regulations and other employment laws.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS (Human Resources Information System) records and manage data entry tasks efficiently.
  • Support strategic planning efforts by contributing to workforce management and organization design.

Basic qualifications

  • Strong understanding of human capital management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with HR software such as Paycom
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and affirmative action planning.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies to drive HR initiatives forward.
  • Proven ability in conflict management and employee relations.
