This is a remote position. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls and sending dozens of emails a day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.In this role, you will report directly to the VP of Sales, setting the stage for your career to soar This role is your gateway to opportunities for advancement, with the potential to grow within the organization in 3-5 years as you make meaningful contributions to our organizational goals.What You'll Do at Justrite:New Customer DevelopmentDrive outbound sales campaigns to targeted customers.Optimize impact of existing and new outbound sales campaigns.Pursue qualified end‑user leads, create custom quotes, and identify appropriate distributors to collaborate with an opportunity.Sourcing new sale opportunities through inbound lead follow‑up and outbound cold calls and emails.Routing qualified opportunities to further develop and close opportunities.Assist the outside sales team by taking over ownership and follow‑up of established sales deals.Understand end market trends and industry best practices; utilize relevant value propositions to those end markets.Collaborate with BU Sales Engineer and Independent Manufacturing Reps for sales in field support (such as: surveys/needs analysis, and product training) as required.Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, and others as required to earn new business.Manage the relationship with assigned or growing distribution accounts.Proactively develop and maintain relationships with assigned distribution accounts.Specialist to retain and expand business into existing distribution accounts through upselling and cross‑selling.Work closely with product management to support new product launches (including training) and other marketing campaigns in territory.Continually grow verbal and written communications, listening, presentation, phone skills.Use and grow the sales process with exceptional use of SalesForce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Teams, Outlook, Onesource, Power BI and other CRM and software.Your Skills and Expertise:5 years of inside sales experienceCompensation:The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $50,000 to $75,000. Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance.
