RESPONSIBILITIES: Event execution including creation, promotion, delivery, follow up and results analysis of Trade Shows, Lunch & Learns, Educational Seminars, Webinars, Games, Parties, etc. Campaign management including preparation, execution and analysis of prospecting and account management via email, mail, and phone. Marketing content creation such as ad copy, blog posts, graphics, and social media posts. Promotional material content creation, development and asset management. Selling tasking to include follow up via phone with prospects, leads, customers and “lost” clients to help the sales team move them through the sales cycle Collaborate with synergistic companies and influencers who align with the brand's image and message. Administrative tasks include managing schedules, budgets, documents and ensuring sales-related inventory/equipment is sufficient. Other tasks include handling customer inquiries, maintaining client databases, and responding to customer complaints. QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience in sales, marketing, and event coordination. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Creative problem-solving skills.
