This role will be responsible for the operational build, development and maintenance of commercial systems, forecasting, policies and governance documents to support both the launch and commercialization of Zevra’s products. This will include automation of weekly performance reports and insights. The role will also be responsible for sales force incentive compensation, working closely with sales leadership. Additionally, in partnership with IT, they will identify, develop and deploy enterprise functions and platform technology solutions to maximize operational effectiveness, patient level and performance data, and working closely with third party vendors such as CRM providers and data aggregators.The position is based on-site in Boston, MA.ForecastingWhat you'll doWork closely with Commercial and Finance to build, analyze and communicate Commercial program budgets to ensure accurate forecasting reportingResponsible for developing and reporting Olpruva daily/weekly revenue process with FinanceCollaborate with Finance to develop and support the monthly/quarterly revenue forecasting processBusiness Intelligence And AnalyticsCollaborate with Commercial stakeholders to design, deliver and maintain technology solutions that align to Commercial’s business strategic directionWork with cross-functional team members to identify and prioritize actionable, high-impact insights across a variety of core business areas including Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Finance, Market Access, Patient Services and ITResearch, design, implement, and validate cutting-edge dashboards to analyze diverse sources of data to achieve targeted outcomesInstitute processes for data and reporting governance of ad-hoc field-based inquiries from the Executive Leadership Team and other Commercial functionsField OperationsDesign, develop, implement and lead the company's customer management system (CRM) with input from Commercial, IT, Quality and FinanceStrategic and tactical planning for field teams including management of vehicle allowance, incentive compensation design and administration, data management, reporting, and CRM managementLead data inquiry and data stewardship efforts in support of field-based teamsTrade RelationsCollaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Program Management to ensure integration of manufacturing to distributionCoordinate with Market Access to achieve Commercial objectives related to Gross-to-Net calculations, Inventory Management, Chargebacks, and Product ReturnsAdditionalCollaborate with IT to develop Zevra’s enterprise data strategyAny and all other responsibilities as requested by the CCOWork on site Monday - ThursdayQualificationsDescribe the experience and attributes of the ideal candidateA minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Commercial Operations, Business Intelligence, Data Management or AnalyticsGood verbal and written communication with solid organizational, time management, and project management skillsExperience in rare disease products desirableAbility to work on siteFinally, the candidate will need to embrace our ethos and principlesSuccess FactorsStrong personal leadership skills to drive performance and support corporate objectivesAbility to work collaboratively and effectively with othersAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesStrong analytical and communication skillsWell organized and detail orientedCreativity and resilience in problem solvingRelentless hands-on drive to implement and accomplish performance goalsEffective management of vendor partners to ensure project scope is achieved within defined budgetAbility to independently research, design, and implement platform technology solutionsEqual Employment Opportunity StatementZevra is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
