Join us.A Day in the Life:As the Director of National Account Execution at Monster Energy, you're at the helm of driving electrifying growth across our dynamic territories You'll lead and inspire our National Account Execution Managers to push boundaries and elevate our brand's presence. By collaborating with our powerhouse internal teams, bottlers, and key stakeholders, you'll ensure execution excellence that's in sync with our strategic business objectives. It's all about unleashing the energy to fuel business growth and keep Monster Energy at the forefront of the industry.The Impact You'll Make:Demonstrate a passion for understanding practices, trends and technology affecting the business, industry and marketplaceLeverage understanding of key business drivers such as customers, consumers, competitors, and MEC to get resultsLeverage understanding of key business drivers such as customers, consumers, competitors, and MEC to get resultsManage account communication regarding promotional activity and execution opportunitiesMaintain customer focus to proactively identify opportunities to improve service to the customer, quickly and effectively responds to customer issues, partners with other departments to meet customer needsUnderstand and anticipate how business plans and actions will impact both MEC and the customer financiallyAct to proactively resolve issues and identify improvement, i.e., finding solutions for unique market demandsMake sound trade-offs of time, effort and resources to effectively manage multiple demandsDemonstrate ability to synthesize data to accurately assess situations and find actionable solutionsUnderstand the long-term business and financial implications of decisions madeWho You Are:Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business, Marketing, Finance or related field of studyAdditional Experience Desired: More than 7 years of experience in retail salesAdditional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG) industryComputer Skills Desired: Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience with forecasting, Nielsen/IRI, POS and inventory reportMonster Energy provides a competitive total Compensation.
