Position Description:

* Help with routing, load planning, and work with vendors to answer any questions they have

* Work with Intelligent Audit to establish and maintain data entry formats and audits

* Contact carriers to provide all necessary data fields for invoice payment and reporting

* Write queries in Business Intelligence to review trends and dive into issues

* Work with Inbound Team to determine feasibility of continuing to use ICCs

* Research and design how we will host a website for our in-house inbound TMS

* Help with profitability reporting and data validation

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

* Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources

* Ability to bring projects to successful completion in a fast-paced corporate environment
