By uniting people of passion who believe they can make a difference, we are confident that we can achieve this goal.## **Job Description**Drives vendor performance, cost efficiency, and capacity planning to meet business and operational objectives.**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Oversees the performance, governance, and strategic relationships of external business process outsourcing (BPO) and manpower partners to ensure alignment with contractual obligations, service standards, and organizational goals.* Manages vendor contracts, governance frameworks, and performance metrics to drive operational excellence, service quality, and cost efficiency.* Forecasts workload and resource requirements using historical and real-time data to ensure optimal staffing across vendors and internal teams.* Develops and manages efficient schedules and capacity plans, adjusting in real time to meet service level and productivity targets.* Analyzes operational and vendor performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement initiatives.* Implements and optimizes workforce management tools and processes to enhance forecasting accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.* Monitors market trends and benchmarks vendor costs and performance to support strategic sourcing and continuous improvement.**REQUIREMENTS:*** At least 5 years of experience in Operations, Strategy and/or Business Intelligence role.* Background in BPO / Telco/Tech/Finance.
