At Dell, we're shaping the future of technology and innovation. As a Datacenter Architect, you'll play a critical role in designing and developing next-generation large-scale AI infrastructure, including accelerated compute, AI fabrics, and AI-optimized storage.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with high-profile AI customers to optimize solutions for their applications and tune systems for maximum performance.
  • Drive innovation at the datacenter level with liquid cooling technologies and power density.
  • Develop end-to-end solutions from server to data center, including air and liquid cooled servers, integrated rack solutions, power distribution, and heat rejection.
  • Optimize cost, energy efficiency, and performance from IT to the datacenter.
  • Work closely with key external partners to create and communicate differentiated solutions and clearly communicate complex datacenter concepts to customers, colleagues, and upper management.

What We're Looking For:

  • 15+ years of professional experience and working knowledge of data center power distribution and thermal technologies from servers to the data hall.
  • Solid understanding and knowledge of and relationships with key suppliers of data center power and thermal management components.
  • Ability to take a concept to customer production and understand competitive and business needs while architecting technical solutions.
  • Experience negotiating competing interests and priorities to achieve the best possible outcome for all stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel and assess customer requirements, develop blueprint based on the customer's geographical area with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering (Advanced degree highly preferred).
  • Customer and partner project/program leadership experience.

Compensation and Benefits:
