Datacenter Architect

At Dell, we're shaping the future of technology and innovation. As a Datacenter Architect, you'll play a critical role in designing and developing next-generation large-scale AI infrastructure, including accelerated compute, AI fabrics, and AI-optimized storage.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with high-profile AI customers to optimize solutions for their applications and tune systems for maximum performance.
- Drive innovation at the datacenter level with liquid cooling technologies and power density.
- Develop end-to-end solutions from server to data center, including air and liquid cooled servers, integrated rack solutions, power distribution, and heat rejection.
- Optimize cost, energy efficiency, and performance from IT to the datacenter.
- Work closely with key external partners to create and communicate differentiated solutions and clearly communicate complex datacenter concepts to customers, colleagues, and upper management.
What We're Looking For:
- 15+ years of professional experience and working knowledge of data center power distribution and thermal technologies from servers to the data hall.
- Solid understanding and knowledge of and relationships with key suppliers of data center power and thermal management components.
- Ability to take a concept to customer production and understand competitive and business needs while architecting technical solutions.
- Experience negotiating competing interests and priorities to achieve the best possible outcome for all stakeholders.
- Ability to travel and assess customer requirements, develop blueprint based on the customer's geographical area with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering (Advanced degree highly preferred).
- Customer and partner project/program leadership experience.
Compensation and Benefits:
