Position Summary

To perform the cleaning, sanitation, and other functions and duties in accordance with established company policies and procedures, standards, and guidelines; and current federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the campus and as directed by the supervisor by performing the following duties.

In this role you will:

  • Perform daily cleaning of facility floors, ensuring a clean, attractive facility
  • Maintain floors by sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing
  • Sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk, reach, and move intermittently during working hours
  • Serve as a Van Driver during busy times for transportation driving the van or minibus to transport residents/tenants from individual or central loading area to other destinations according to assigned schedule
  • Coordinate transportation schedules with resident/tenants and other staff as needed which may entail operating 2-way radio, cell phone or similar device to communicate with campus or other staff
  • Monitor and coordinating the cleaning and servicing vehicle with fuel, oil, tire pressure, lubricants, tire rotation, and similar servicing needs
  • Report any problems, needs, changes in condition or concerns in residents/tenants noted to supervisor
Qualified candidates will have:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred, but not required
  • Valid Driver's License with an acceptable Department of Motor Vehicles Record
  • Must be willing and able to become CPR and First Aide certified
  • Prior related work experience preferred, but not required
