Assistant Agronomy Operations Manager Responsibilities:


  • Lead, coach, develop, and manage personnel
  • Ensure day-to-day operations are running smoothly
  • Build relationships with farmers
  • Create crop input plans
  • Dispatching custom applicators
  • Schedule routine and preventative maintenance of facility and equipment

Assistant Agronomy Operations Manager Requirements:


  • Degree in agronomy or related field highly preferred
  • 2 years of agronomy experience
  • Strong knowledge of chemical and fertilizer
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and employees
