During this time, we are appointing a visionary, strategic, and operationally excellent Interim Chief Operating Officer to take full executive control of the company. This is not just a “maintenance” role — this is an opportunity to lead, build, drive, optimise, and scale a thriving organisation that has its sights set on £1.22 million in annual sales and long‑term global impact. You’ll work at the highest level across all agency brands, managing a team of 15+, leading sales efforts, tightening operations, boosting morale, and ensuring we don’t just stay on track — but accelerate. Set clear performance objectives and create a culture of high achievement, recognition, and accountability. Run weekly team meetings, conduct reviews, and create frameworks to track progress and morale. Build and refine operational systems to make ECG more efficient, scalable, and data‑driven. Solve internal bottlenecks and create streamlined workflows and processes that future‑proof the business. Innovation & Strategic Development Identify new verticals, service lines, or target markets to help ECG expand its offering and revenue base. Implement forward‑thinking strategies that elevate the company’s market position and improve client satisfaction. Collaborate with creative, tech, and marketing teams to roll out innovative ideas and digital‑first solutions. Reporting & KPI Management Introduce performance dashboards that track revenue, client wins, team performance, and delivery timelines. Report results weekly to the CEO with clear analysis and actionable next steps. Take full ownership of business continuity, risk management, and compliance while maintaining creative freedom. Ideal Candidate Profile This is a senior, strategic, and hands‑on executive role, best suited to someone who thrives on autonomy, moves quickly, and leads with authority.
