Overview:
Sentara's Lower Peninsula Therapy Centers are hiring a Flexi/PRN Administrative Associate

This Flexi/PRN position will work in the 5 lower peninsula clinics to fill in as needed.
  • Monday-Friday, no weekend shifts
  • Hours vary but the earliest a clinic is open is 7:00 am and the latest is 7:00pm (M-Th) and 6:00 (Fri).
Minimum Qualifications:
  • HS - High School Grad or Equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1 year of Medical Office experience
Sentara Therapy Centers are sensitive to each individuals fitness needs, including the physically limited, the elderly and those in chronic pain. The entire staff of licensed physical therapists and certified athletic trainers is CPR certified and is kept current in up-to-date treatment techniques available to athletes of all abilities. The professionals at Sentara Therapy Centers are frequently asked to share their expertise through community education.

As an Administrative Associate -with Sentara, you will work in the Outpatient Physical Therapy Centers. This position's primary duties include positively identifying the patient, collecting demographic and insurance information, scheduling and point of arrival reception. This role allows you to work with both clinical and non-clinical staff and requires excellent customer service skills. You will find that teamwork is exceptional, with everyone working together to ensure the best care for our patients.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$15.75 - $20.46
