This position requires the applicant to pass a Motor Vehicle background check, have a current driver license and insurance as travelling between locations is required.RequirementsResponsibilities and Duties Clean and maintain buildings / facilitiesEmpty trash and recycling binsVacuum, sweep and mop floorsService, clean, and Supply restroomsWipe and Clean tabletops, chairs,Dust furniture and fixturesMust be able to use basic cleaning equipmentComply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and proceduresNotify Supervisors of unsafe conditions, major repairs, and any abnormal conditionsHandle cleaning chemicals in accordance with OSHA regulations and company requirements.Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Education, Experience and Training High School Diploma or equivalent experience1-2 Years of Janitorial / Housekeeping experience is preferred but not required Licenses & Requirements Valid Driver's LicenseValid Auto InsuranceMust be at least 18 years of ageReliable transportation Specific Skills/Knowledge/Abilities Required Knowledge of Custodial and for care practiceKnowledge of Cleaning practice/safety procedures related to the use of hazardous chemicalsSome Understanding of standard cleaning methods, equipment's, and supplies used in office and commercial cleanings Physical Requirements Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, balance, bend, and kneel in completion of normal cleaning duties, other repetitive motionsMust be physically capable of using backpack vacuums during each shiftMust be able to lift and move up to 50 poundsMust be able to work under pressure for a long period of time Salary Description $18.00 -$20.00
