Our client, a renewable energy powerhouse, is seeking a Vice President of Business Development for C&I solar sales for one of the biggest IPPs in the nation. You would be working for a leader of industry and spearheading deals for clients of a similar caliber.The project provides the renewable solution to commercial-scale energy transactions in both a cost-effective and environmentally friendly manner. By utilizing sustainable energy infrastructure, we can create a cleaner grid that protects our communities and the environmentAbout the Job:They are seeking to hire a Vice President of Business Development to lead all transaction activity. This includes but is not limited to cultivating and maintaining a client pipeline on a commercial and industrial level focusing on solar energy and battery energy storage systems. About you:7+ years in the Commercial Solar Industry: Experienced in the field, familiar with industry trends.Strong Financial Acumen: Understands finance concepts like Payback, Depreciation, IRR, crucial for engaging C-level decision-makers.Experience with Public and Private Sector Clients: Versatile in navigating diverse client needs.Extensive Local Network: Well-connected to key financial decision-makers.Collaborative Approach: Works effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Technical Background in Electrical Power (Bonus): Offers expertise in technical aspects. *This opportunity offers a competitive compensation package, including base salary and equityNote: If you are interested in the position, please submit your resume.
