**Assembly Operator**

**Job Description**

We are looking for 4 Assembly Operators to join our team on the 1st shift starting 8/20. The 1st shift operates from 7am-3pm, with additional Saturday hours available as follows: 1st shift Saturday 5am-11am, 2nd shift 11am-5pm, and 3rd shift 11pm-5am (Friday night). The base pay for this position is $16 per hour, with an additional department pay of $2 per hour. The shift differential is $18/hr for the 1st shift, $2 for the 2nd shift, and $1.50 for the 3rd shift.

In this role, you will be standing for the entire shift and working in a small assembly line department. Your responsibilities will include putting powders into small cups, sealing the lids, using a scale to weigh the cups, and working closely with 6-8 other people to meet daily production goals. The work is fast-paced and repetitive, requiring you to read scales and work instructions, lift up to 30 lbs, place stickers and labels on cups, and perform cycle counting.

**Work Environment**

This is a fast-paced machine shop environment where safety is a top priority. No cell phones or electronic devices of any kind are allowed on the floor due to the risk of static electricity, and employees must stand on a grounding mat a few times during their shift to ensure there is no electrical charge. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required, including 100% cotton clothing, steel toe boots, and hearing protection (provided).
