The ideal candidate will bring experience in technical and business planning to support our customers efforts in integrating AI technology into their core business processes. The candidate will be responsible for crafting AI‑driven business strategies that support our customers long‑term goals, overseeing the development and deployment of AI solutions, and ensuring these initiatives deliver tangible benefits.ResponsibilitiesWork with the government lead to develop and implement comprehensive AI strategies that align with the company’s vision and goalsLead cross‑departmental collaboration to ensure seamless integration of AI solutionsStay ahead of AI trends and maintain a deep understanding of advancements in the fieldEvaluate and measure the effectiveness of AI technologies and adjust strategies as neededProvide expert guidance and leadership on AI ethics and compliance issuesLocation: Reston, VA or Washington, D.C. (JBAB)Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $175,000 – $185,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.QualificationsMaster’s or higher in Computer Science, AI, Business Administration, or related fieldsExtensive experience in strategy development, particularly in AI or digital transformationProficient in machine learning, statistical analysis, and software developmentStrong leadership skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts to a non‑technical audienceStrategic thinker with a proven track record of executing successful technology integration projectsClearance RequirementMust have active DoD TS/SCI with CI Poly eligibilityMust meet updated ID requirements: https://www.gsa.gov/technology/it-contract-vehicles-and-purchasing-programs/federal-credentialing-services/get-appointment-help/bring-required-documentsIf you do not currently meet the ID requirements outlined, you must be willing and able to update your current forms of ID in a timely manner to complete the suitability process successfully.The CompanyWe believe in generating success collaboratively, enabling long‑term mission success, and building trust for the next challenge.
