Valcourt is an all-inclusive building envelope general contractor that has been partnering with engineers, property managers/associations and serving the Southeast US for the last 25 years. We only work on existing structures, and love condo, hospitality, healthcare, and commercial property projects.

Our specialties range from your basic paint and coating jobs, to waterproofing, stucco and concrete restoration and repair as well as window and sliding glass door replacement.

No job too small, no job too big.

Our expertise also includes pool and patio deck sealing and waterproofing, railing replacement as well as light to heavy concrete repair of parking garages. (You know…. all the hard stuff, post-tension, and carbon fiber).

So, no matter if your building and/or project is in need of a simple paint and seal job or could benefit from a structural upgrade, Valcourt is your one source stop for all exterior services.


Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Territory Manager position located in Jacksonville, FL, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Sales Territory Manager, your responsibilities include managing sales activities, developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, identify market trends, and contribute to the growth and success of the company.


Qualifications

  • Commercial Construction Landscape Experience - MUST
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or related field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings
