Our client is looking for a Technical Architect to strengthen its digital ecosystem by designing and guiding robust technical and infrastructural solutions. In this role, you will help modernize platforms, streamline integrations, and support development teams, contributing directly to the efficiency of over 1,500 employees and a broad customer base. Responsibilities Analyse the current technological landscape to detect gaps, outdated systems, and technical debt, proposing targeted improvements. Coach technical experts and IT teams in designing and applying technology architecture. Guide technology investments and strategic choices for development teams. Advise on application and infrastructure projects to ensure harmonization and architectural alignment. Collaborate closely with product managers, product owners, and other architects to improve infrastructure agility. Participate in software development and ensure quality through reviews and stand-ups. Monitor applications and implement configuration changes and security measures. Technical skills Must have Deep knowledge of Java/Spring (Boot, Cloud, Data), integrations, event-driven and microservices architecture, and (cloud) infrastructure. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies. Strong coaching, communication, and teamwork skills. Solid problem-solving capabilities and attention to quality. Affinity with software development and technical reviews. Expertise in technical architecture and infrastructure design. Familiarity with security, monitoring, and configuration management. Dutch proficiency at native or bilingual level. Should have Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern technologies such as AI, IoT, and mobile. Agile, Lean, and RESTful API experience (intermediate level). Recent experience (1–3 years) in a similar architecture role. Nice to have English or French language skills.
