Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in their search for a Systems Analyst to join their team in the Indianapolis, IN area. This successful resource will be responsible for assisting staff with technical support, implementation, and maintenance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as technical expert for operations, products, and systems
- Provide continuous support to staff by responding to help tickets
- Collaborate with business leaders to optimize configurations and implementations of new features
- Perform testing and troubleshooting of systems and applications
- Work with vendors and technical teams to gain an understanding of project functionality
- Create and maintain documentation
- Communicate technical information to non-technical people both written and verbally
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting API integrations
- Knowledge of database models and reporting to pull data and generate reports
- Ability to identify hidden issues as well as stated issues
- Proficient with testing and troubleshooting various software applications
- Strong analytical skills
PREFERRED SKILLS/CHARACTERISTICS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Financial institution experience
- Agile experience
TERMS:
This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary up to $63K based on experience. They provide benefits including full medical, dental, and vision along with 401K, tuition reimbursement, generous PTO and other benefits.
