POSITION SUMMARY

The Deposit Operations Assistant delivers the Landmark National Bank promise that Everyone starts as a customer and leaves as a friend by providing a full range of professional, technical, and general support to customers and bank personnel.

QUAIFICATIONS YOU POSSESS
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Skills necessary to work independently within a team setting, including detail-orientation, and organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Advance communication and customer service skills.
  • Moderate level of understanding of basic personal computer programs (Internet, Word, Excel, and Outlook) and ability to use proprietary software.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Process wire transfers in and out of the bank.
  • Mobile/Remote/ATM Deposit review.
  • Provide backup support for others in the Deposit Operations department and be knowledgeable of the controls and processes related to those positions.
  • Communicate thoughts related to the continual improvement of processes, products, services, and related concepts.
  • Engage in Landmark National Bank culture initiatives and team success activities, including Huddles and Celebration events.
  • Implement all regulatory requirements and procedures and be current on all assigned training courses.
  • Manage work through the utilization of the Quarterly Job Progress Plan.
  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
