Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Float ICU position in Everett, Massachusetts, with a 36-hour per week schedule, 12-hour night shifts, and every other weekend.

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Float ICU, you will be responsible for planning and providing patient care for assigned patients in accordance with Nursing Standards of Care. You will demonstrate initiative, knowledge, and clinical skills in caring for patients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Manage patients with complex needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Float to med/surg areas as needed

Requirements:

  • BSN required
  • Current licensure in Massachusetts as a registered nurse
  • ICU and Med/Surg experience required
  • BLS certification required
