The Nurse Manager will serve as a day-to-day clinical leader for the Ambulatory Neurology Department, providing clinical oversight for the RN team and medical assistants. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the department
  • Providing clinical education and training to the RN team and medical assistants
  • Participating in daily operational activities, including policy and procedure implementation
  • Collaborating with the clinical care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities. A Master's degree in Nursing is required, with relevant experience in a similar role.
