Electrical Equipment Company (EECO), a leading distributor of Rockwell Automation products, is seeking a degreed Engineering professional to join their Richmond, VA team as a Delivered Services Manager.

Qualifications:

  • BS in Electrical (preferred) or Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar experience
  • 5+ years demonstrated leadership experience with P&L or budget responsibility.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience successfully running a field services business

Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing an annual business plan, defining financial goals and business objectives consistent with corporate objectives.
  • Optimizing organizational structure, third party services, and technology for in-sourced and out-sourced functions; focusing on the customer experience.
  • Staffing, training, and development of the Service Operations Team.
  • Define measures of success (KPI’s) for each delivered service
  • Meet or exceed all service KPI’s related to: Engineering Service, Repairs, Training, Support Contracts, ASP’s, and Custom Panel Program
