OverviewFour Corners, recruiter specialized in the search and selection of professionals and managers in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle sectors, for a prestigious company in the beauty field, is seeking:Chief Commercial OfficerLa figura, riportando direttamente all’Amministratore Delegato, avrà la responsabilità di definire e guidare la strategia di crescita commerciale a livello globale, con l’obiettivo di rafforzare la struttura organizzativa dell’area commerciale e accelerare le performance nei mercati strategici. Principali responsabilità Pianificare e guidare la crescita commerciale dell’azienda nel rispetto degli obiettivi del Piano Industriale. Strutturare e consolidare l’organizzazione e i processi dell’area commerciale, sia in Italia che all’estero. Garantire l’espansione nei mercati attraverso l’apertura e lo sviluppo delle filiali commerciali. Consolidare la presenza nei mercati internazionali già attivi. Guidare e accelerare l’implementazione di progetti volti al miglioramento della top line e della marginalità. Promuovere la collaborazione interfunzionale tra area commerciale, marketing, R&D, Operations e Supply Chain. Sviluppare e far crescere il team commerciale, con particolare attenzione al coaching delle figure apicali e alla definizione di un piano di successione. Strutturare e formalizzare i processi commerciali per creare best practices sostenibili nel lungo periodo. Requisiti Laurea in discipline economiche, ingegneristiche o affini. Esperienza consolidata in ambito commerciale e nello sviluppo di mercati internazionali, idealmente in contesti strutturati nei settori Beauty e/o Cosmetics e/o FMCG. Esperienza pregressa in ruoli da General Manager, BU Director o Cluster Leader, con responsabilità di P&L. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza di altre lingue è considerata un plus. Competenze Solido background commerciale e strategico, con forte orientamento a risultati e marginalità. Esperienza nella strutturazione di organizzazioni e processi commerciali. Capacità di leadership, team building e coaching. Eccellenti doti comunicative e relazionali, con approccio hands-on e spirito imprenditoriale. Mindset agile, dinamico, capace di operare in contesti in rapida evoluzione e con forte componente imprenditoriale.
