Responsibilities Machine Programming: Program, operate, adjust, and monitor automatic machining & assembly lines to ensure an efficient and high?quality production process. Quality Assurance: Inspect assembled parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications; make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machining & assembly cells to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Process Optimization: Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and product quality. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production data, machine performance, and quality inspections. Communication: In?depth communication with the quality departments to ensure high component quality. Other duties as required.
