Advise public and private clients on land use, zoning, common interest developments, affordable housing, housing trust funds, and related issues. Counsel clients on compliance with the Subdivision Map Act, Surplus Land Act, CEQA/NEPA, and other California housing and environmental laws.Interested in hearing more?
