Duration: Contract (W2 only)

Qualification:

  1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in QE/QA/LQA roles.
  2. Proficiency in testing web and mobile applications.
  3. Experience with Selenium, JavaScript, Python, and scripting automation tasks.
  4. Proficient in using JIRA and GitHub for project management and version control.
  5. Experience with Automation frameworks (e.g., BrowserStack, Appium) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  1. Mentor and coach LQA Leads, fostering their professional growth and development in quality assurance practices.
  2. Lead and run multiple LQA projects, prioritizing tasks and managing interdependencies.
  3. Plan and be responsible for the execution of LQA projects, from small to large-scale initiatives. Provide oversight of active team projects.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and automation specialists, to define testing requirements and execute test plans.
  5. Analyze metrics to identify areas needing additional testing and create detailed quality reports.
  6. Use JIRA for tracking LQA activities and progress.
  7. Triage and follow up on bugs, ensuring resolution.
  8. Participate in cross-domain meetings and initiatives as a representative of the LQA or L10n team.
  9. Suggest and implement improvements to LQA processes and tools.
  10. Train and support other LQA Leads as necessary.
