The RoleThis isn’t a traditional sales or marketing role—it’s a Growth & Technology Architect role. You are the system builder, the AI whisperer, the tech-savvy strategist who connects founder vision to velocity. Your mission is to architect smart, scalable infrastructure that allows BlockParty to grow without bloating—and make every human interaction feel more intentional.Working alongside the Sales Manager, you’ll power our outreach engine, operationalize GTM strategies, and embed automation across the customer journey.
