Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Work with cross-functional partners to drive and own designs for new Playables focused features. Drive design specifications development and create production ready assets. Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process by making compelling designs and concepts and expressing them in stories, sketches, wireframes, flow diagrams, models, and 2D prototypes. Rationalize and justify design work, advocate for users’ needs. Work with the wider YouTube team to craft seamless and consistent experiences across the platform.
