Program Manager Credit & Payments - Hybrid Seattle, WA Nordstrom Card Services is the consumer card division of Nordstrom Inc., a successful fashion retailer. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the execution schedules and delivery of credit projects and ensure project deliverables meet strategic objectives. Collaborate effectively with bank partners and cross‑functional partners across the organization—such as platform configuration teams, vendors, marketing, analytics, risk, legal, compliance, and product management—to define and align on business, technology, risk, and operational requirements while meeting key milestones and timelines. Leverage industry insights and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation, drive continuous improvement, and optimize the performance of credit products. Identify contingency plans where needed to mitigate risks and remediate incidents in partnership with multiple teams as required. Report validation of implementations to various stakeholders across bank partners and Nordstrom. Contribute to the analysis of project results by sharing key operational data and learnings. Participate in the annual, quarterly, and monthly planning efforts. Requirements A bachelor’s degree and/or 6+ years of related experience (e.g., program/project management, business administration, communications, consulting, marketing, and customer experience). Experience in project management and leading through influence in complex, fast‑paced environments with progressively larger responsibility. Experience in credit cards and/or payments a big plus. Demonstrated ability to engage with business leaders, vendors, and peers through effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills. Can anticipate and adapt to new situations and/or changing demands and respond proactively to enhance the customer experience.
